What can you check yourself?

Check the calculated entitlement and the actual payment separately. Transparency means you can compare them with records beyond the CashMine screen.

The amount actually received
For wallet payouts, open a transaction link in dashboard payment history to check the amount, destination, and status. For exchange-account payouts, compare against that exchange’s transfer history.
Your recorded entitlement
A wallet settlement record ties together a wallet, an exchange, and cumulative cashback. Comparing it with the published fingerprint reveals changes. Publishing a record does not mean payment is complete.

Where does my cashback come from?

Cashback comes from eligible trading commissions shared by partner exchanges. Your total benefit can include reduced trading fees, benefits credited by the exchange and CashMine cashback. Only the CashMine portion is paid through CashMine; the receipt keeps these amounts separate.

Does choosing an event make me eligible?

Choosing an event helps you find its details and setup route. Eligibility still depends on its dates, registration requirements and exchange conditions. View event terms

How do I know what has been paid?

Your payment history shows payout status and receipt details. Wallet payments have transaction links; exchange-account payments have transfer records. Public proof records show published cashback entitlements, which are separate from payment confirmation. View published records
